San Francisco: Burgers, Bridges, and Bubba Gump’s

Monday our journey began when we woke up at 3:30 AM to get to school by 4:30 AM. After our six hour flight we met up with Lance, our tour guide, and Calvin, our bus driver. From there we went to the much desired In-N-Out Burger for lunch. We then went over the Golden Gate Bridge where we were able to get off the bus and explore up close this iconic bridge.

We then went to Lombard Street, which is known as the most crooked street in the world and somehow mustered enough energy to walk up this extremely rare street. At the top of the street we learned all about the cable cars of San Francisco and enjoyed unbelievable views.

We also walked to the Ghirardelli Chocolate store. Next we walked to Fisherman’s Warf and observed the sea lions and experienced Pier 39. Our first dinner of our trip was at Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Co.  After a long adventurous day we went back to the hotel to get some much needed rest!
