Today we woke up bright and early and visited the Alaskan Wildlife Conservation Center after eating breakfast at our hotel. We were given a brief guided tour while riding through the property on the bus. We saw bison, bears, foxes, deer, elk, and wolves in their large enclosures. After visiting the Alaskan Wildlife Conservation Center, we ate our packed lunches on the bus ride to Seward, Alaska. Once we arrived, we boarded a glacier and wildlife cruise and saw plenty of otters, porpoises, seagulls, sea lions, and more! The cruise gave us great views of beautiful forest scenery and snowy mountain tops. Included in this post are some pictures of the animals we saw. After the cruise, we went to a local motel and ate tacos for dinner. Back at the hotel, we all gathered around the fire pit and reflected on our trip. We got to bed early in order to prepare for our long day of traveling that was to come the next day.
