Today we got up bright and early to eat breakfast at the hotel! We hopped in the minivan and were on our way by 7. Most of our crew started out their morning at Nancy’s kitchen working a variety of jobs from server to busser. Kristin and Georgia were photo assistants for the Disney characters while Jade and Gabby worked at the ice cream palace. We spent our afternoon tanning by the pool and napping, LOL!
It’s a festive atmosphere at the village today with Christmas decorations, holiday cheer, and music galore! A Christmas parade took place in the evening, and the kids seemed to really enjoy it. The kids were able to take pictures with Santa, and he even gave them all presents!! Kristin and Brady ended their night in Katie’s kitchen, serving food. Julian, Matt, and Mitchell (“Chu-chu”) worked Lori’s Magical Flight and JJ’s Express. Chelsea, Gabby, and Jade worked OT at the La-Di-Da Spa while Andrew & Georgia made stars shine in the Castle of Miracles. After our shifts we got to spend some quality time with our IL group recapping our exciting day!
