We woke up early and headed to the Christian Service Center. We all had different jobs around the facility. The jobs included sorting and preparing food, giving out backpacks, and completing surveys. We had a great experience giving back to those less fortunate. We had fun in the kitchen with the chefs and other volunteers. They were so welcoming and friendly.
After a lunch at the condos, we drove to our third day at Give Kids the World. We worked all over the park, some in the castle, some scooping ice cream or delivering pizza, and some at the pool. Seeing the smiles on all the kids faces is amazing. We’re looking forward to serving our last day at GKTW tomorrow, and making sure we provide the kids with the best experience possible.
