Low and Slow: Lamb Tacos on Homemade Corn Tortillas for Lunch

To start the day we went to the pit and uncovered the meat that was cooking overnight. We unwrapped the lamb to find three perfectly cooked cuts. After bringing the lamb inside, we then filled the hole with dirt and started to prepare the lamb for lunch. To prepare the lamb, we pulled apart the cuts to make pulled lamb. Along with the lamb, we also made homemade corn tortillas. Around halfway through our preparation, we took a group trip to Wawa to get chips for our big lunch. When we finished preparing for lunch we brought out our homemade salsas and guacamole. We enjoyed the lamb tacos for lunch and relaxed during that time. After lunch, we started preparing the buttermilk biscuits.
