Sacred Spaces Philly: Day 3 – Penn Museum and Reading Terminal Market

Penn Museum of Archaeology: group photo!
Artifacts from Mesopotamia. Did you you know that an artifact is anything made by a human?

Today we traveled to both the Penn Museum of Archaeology and Reading Terminal Market. While we were at the museum, we learned about early humans in Mesopotamia and other regions. We learned about how early human civilizations evolved and how their belief systems developed.

For lunch, we went to the Reading Terminal Market. There were many different food options, varying from Cajun food to Middle Eastern cuisine. There was a  choice of food for everyone.  In the market, we all were together and had an amazing time.
