Spain: Trabajo, La Alhambra y … shwarma?

March 23, 2014, Day Three

Today we did more trabajo in La Fundación. After a few hours and another delicious almuerzo, we took another trip to the beautiful city of Granada. After a brief period of free tiempo, we went to the historic Alhambra Palace. We were given a group tour showing us the ins and outs of the castle. There were many different historical aspects that were beautiful and interesting to see and learn about.

This morning we all got up and went and ate a delicious desayuno. Soon we were out on the town. They allowed us to adventure where many of us had a Buffett of los churros and some purchased matching sweatshirts. Then we all boarded the autobús and headed to the Palace. There we were given audífonos and were given a guided tour of it. There were many fountains and pretty sights.

Following the Alhambra Palace visit we all enjoyed a nice dinner at Shwarma King. We ate a variety of meals, from falafels to kebabs, and shwarma. After that, some of us bought some treats for ourselves, before taking a bus back to La Fundación. Before going to cama, some of us played some games together. Today was a fun and very eventful day. Los estudiantes enjoyed it un montón.
