Habitat Breakfast Club

Morning Post:

Today we start our journey of being benevolent human beings in the wake of an oncoming snow flurry. We are kind warriors, but sometimes we must must become samurai.

Afternoon Post:

Our adventure continues with a fifteen minute journey to the deconstructed house, out task: to start reconstructing the home. Our crew was separated. Divide and conquer was the course of action. After dead lifting 80 pound bags of cement, the more experienced men traveled up the stairs to construct a floor. After hours of hard labor with very little breaks, they are over half way done the arduous task. Some of our motley crew courageously journeyed to the dank cellar to fill holes. After a brief lunch break, they started to sweep the dust particles away. A few of us switched on and off the steps. Working hard on our knees, the staples and carpet remnants were taken off the stairs one by one. After lifting, sweeping, cleaning, and vacuuming, we all said our farewells. Until Wednesday up and coming home. We must must must meet again.
