Today for Multicultural Philadelphia we journeyed to Philly’s Latin American district. We went to Taller Puertorriqueño, a Puerto Rican workshop. Here we took a Latin American dance lesson, learning dances such as the meringue and the salsa, and then explored some Latin American art. Afterwards, we went outside and explored the surrounding neighborhood. For lunch, we enjoyed many diverse options on South Street.
