We started off the morning by making placemats and centerpieces for Cathedral Kitchen. We used construction paper and markers to decorate over 100 placemats to donate. In addition, some students read to kindergarteners, while others played on the playscape. Later in the morning, the group met up in Ms. Jefferson’s second-grade classroom to revise short stories and play games. After a brief lunch, we accompanied the Lower School to their assembly about the Adventure Aquarium. Overall, it was a fun day for everyone as we strengthened our interdivisional ties.
